My plan, if you agree to it, is to give you no more than one or two doses of what I make for you - enough to test if it works, but not so much that if it's ineffective anything would be wasted. All you have to do is tell me after each how you feel physically, your thoughts on its effectiveness, and if there are any side effects occurring. If you can't do that in person, over the phone is fine - I'll be making many notes so that I can deduce what's right for you.
